Advocates in Malta

All licensed advocates in Malta are members of the Chamber of Advocates, the official organization representing all qualified advocates practicing in Malta. The Chamber acts on behalf of its members.

The Committee for Advocates and Legal Procurators is a part of this Commission. In all matters relating to advocates and legal procurators, the Commission will act through this committee, including cases of professional misconduct by advocates and legal procurators.
