Ganado Advocates is pleased to announce the appointment of Clement Mifsud Bonnici and Philip Mifsud as new Partners of the law firm and Nadia Cassar as a new Of Counsel.
Their appointments were effective as of 1st January 2026.

Clement Mifsud-Bonnici regularly leads complex, high stakes litigation involving Government contracts, competition law and shareholder litigation. Philip Mifsud advises on M&A transactions, corporate governance and restructurings, IP & regulatory tech matters, as well as foreign direct investment issues. Nadia Cassar forms part of the insurance team and advises on legal and regulatory aspects to this field including M&A transactions, restructurings and ILS.
