The conference on Facilitating Institutional Investment in Digital Assets will take place on the 29th of January 2026 at the Malta High Commission, Piccadilly in London.

The event will host a practical, experience-led discussion on how digital asset funds are structured and operated. It will draw on Malta’s experience as one of the first jurisdictions to allow funds to invest in digital assets and will reflect on how the market has evolved since the emergence of digital asset funds around 2018.

Discussions will cover fund frameworks and structuring options for digital asset strategies, practical experience from service providers operating these funds, institutional due diligence considerations, and Malta’s overall experience in relation to MiCA.

Andre Zerafa and Mark Caruana Scicluna both from Ganado Advocates, will respectively speak on Digital Asset Funds and on MiCA and Malta’s Experience.
