Dr Karl Cordina is warranted lawyer and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in corporate services and immigration law, paired with a strategic business mindset and hands-on commercial experience.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Belgravia Advisory, he leads a multi-national team that supports individuals and businesses navigating Malta’s legal, immigration, and corporate regulatory landscape.
With a legal background from the University of Malta, he has developed practical expertise through work in corporate administration and legal consultancy. At Belgravia Advisory, he provides strategic legal and business advice, represents clients before tribunals and courts, and handles complex immigration cases.
Dr Cordina is also the co-founder of TCN Malta, a non-profit initiative offering free guidance and support to Third Country Nationals living and working in Malta, reflecting deep commitment to community empowerment and inclusion.
More recently, he co-founded Cross College, a premier institution dedicated to shaping the leaders of tomorrow. With a vision to deliver world-class education in the heart of Malta, Cross College is committed to academic excellence, innovation, and the holistic development of students. Additionally, he also co-founded Tyfany, a boutique firm offering accounting, tax, and advisory services to businesses in Malta. Both ventures were established to strategically complement the legal and commercial expertise, allowing him to offer clients integrated support across multiple domains.
