Fenech & Fenech Advocates is very pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Malta Maritime Law Association held in December 2021, Dr. Ann Fenech was re-elected President of the Association.
She has been serving as President since 2008. At the same meeting, Dr. Adrian Attard was elected to serve on the Executive Committee for the first time.
The Malta Maritime Law Association is a very active Association, which constantly strives to offer its members a forum for discussion and debate on maritime law issues and is instrumental in assisting with the constant update of our maritime laws and laws of procedure which impact the practice of maritime law.
